If you're looking for a beautiful place to live Then there is no other place to look because this Resident community is well kept. All the office staff are very professional and lets not not forget about the Maintenance crew too .We've been living here about two weeks and we love it. there's a lot to do and it's very relaxing and very quiet. So we do recommend it very highly and hope you enjoy your new home as we do.

I believe it's been 4 years that I have lived here and I am very pleased with the Saddle Brook Landings management team. So many updates have been done since they took over and things have been cleaned up and taken care of. What a lovely and peaceful place this is! The Saddle Brook Landings management really makes it super nice here!
The staff is the friendliest ever and always right on top of making sure any maintenance needs are taken care of right away. The Manager, Steve, is always looking out for the best interest of the residents. Kenn, Maintenance Supervisor, rocks with getting things done the RIGHT way and the FIRST time, not to mention one of the nicest and kindest people I have ever met. I just wanted to say thank you and I am very pleased here at Saddle Brook Landings.
I am looking forward to using the new pool too!

In late 2013, my family and I made a decision to look for a new place to live. We needed a larger home with more room, wanted to save money, and we were tired of the loud hustle and bustle of living in the middle of a noisy city neighborhood. After researching endless other properties throughout town, we had almost given up; thinking that it would be impossible to find exactly what we were seeking. A friend of mine informed me about a place called Saddle Brook Landings, and what he told me sounded too good to be true.
I immediately went to their website, and being a member of the Armed Forces; the first thing that I saw was that they offered Active Duty discounts! That was already a huge plus knowing that they were a military friendly community! I browsed through the photos of the property online and saw where all of the units were recently beautifully renovated. I decided to fill out the easy to use online inquiry form and was immediately contacted by the professional, courteous, and knowledgeable property manager named Jonelle. Dealing with Jonelle made the process extremely easy and it was notlong before we had a meeting set-up to see the property for ourselves.
Upon driving into Saddle Brook Landings, the streets were lined with beautiful trees, giving us the sense that we were way out in the country; but it is actually adjacent to anywhere in Jacksonville. Jonelle gave us a tour of one of the homes and we were so impressed at the beautiful renovations. She also informed us that they are furnished with all new appliances and that the rent included all utilities! That benefit alone would save us close to $500 extra a month. We told Jonelle exactly what we were looking for and she found the perfect place for us! We chose one of the beautiful 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath floor plans and within no time, we were ready to move in.
Spending our first night in our new home was like a breath of fresh air. Instead of hearing loud music, city buses, and ambulances all night, we could hear the calm breeze and the peaceful sounds of nature. Finding Saddle Brook Landings was almost like finding a little piece of heaven!
Moving into Saddle Brook Landings has been a blessing for my family. Besides the obvious perks of having a larger place, and saving money; Jonelle, Steven, Tina and all of the staff of Saddle Brook Landings (to include the phenomenal Maintenance staff) have always gone out of their way to make us feel welcome and valued as residents. Anytime we have had any questions or needed anything at all, they always made us feel like we were their top priority; as they do with all of the residents.
Saddle Brook Landings continues to beautify the property daily, and has plans for some wonderful things that are already in the works to include a fitness center and swimming pool. If you are looking for a beautiful place to live, in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood, with a top-notch staff, and endless perks I would highly recommend Saddle Brook Landings to anyone!

I moved into Saddle Brook Landings in Jacksonville this past weekend and I was so very pleased with the outstanding teamwork and service. The office team worked together to make sure the move went as smooth as possible for my husband and I. Everyone was so very professional and pleasant and completely understood our needs. I personally used to be in the property management field so I understand and value the effort they put into my new home. Our place is beautiful and a member of the maintenance staff as well as Steve from the office did a complete walk through with us and we couldn't be happier.
Having a nice place to live with a great playground was very important to us and we are very thankful for all the help. We have a special needs child who was not very excited to relocate and she was so happy to see the playground and we rode through the community over and over to help her understand that this was going to be our new home.

I had to call maintenance Sunday because a toilet tank broke and was leaking. I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was by the way Jermaine handled the call. He was prompt and beyond courteous. He actually folded the towels I had on the floor to dry the water and placed the bathroom mat where it belonged. Please, let his manager know how much I appreciated the help and professionalism.
